For those who want to focus on aerobic fitness as well as core strength and stability, this is the class for you! Peak Pilates is a high intensity class consisting of traditional reformer exercises fused with spin bike intervals. It is designed to ‘peak’ your heart rate for maximal calorie burn, as well as provide a resistance based workout for long, lean muscles.
