Private
Accounts for physiotherapy sessions and support products must be settled on the day of each appointment. Payment is accepted via credit card (AMEX accepted), eftpos or cash. Our Hicaps system will allow us to deduct your health fund rebate from your fee automatically, provided the consultation and billing is on the same day.
Since scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rebooking or cancelling an appointment. A no-show or late cancellation fee will apply for sessions missed without such notification.
Department of Veterans’ Affairs Patients
We will invoice the DVA directly for treatment and some product costs, so long as the following information is provided:
- A referral from your GP
- Your white or gold card
Enhanced Primary Care Patients (EPC)
Rebates from Medicare are only eligible through an EPC plan, a special referral form, to be completed with your GP before treatment can be started.
There is an additional $10 surcharge for EPC patients.
Work Cover/ Workers Compensation (VWA)
Clients who have been involved in a work accident may be eligible for treatment from the employer’s workers compensation insurer. A referral from a GP will assist the claims process. Before we can invoice the insurer, clients will need to provide the following information:
- Name and contact details of insurer
- Claim number
- Claims officer name and direct phone number
- Employers name and contact details
- Letter from the insurer stating that liability has been accepted
If you do not provide the above information, you will be required to pay for your treatment at private rates.
Transport Accident Commission (TAC)
Clients who have been involved in a motor vehicle accident may be eligible for treatment under the Transport Accident Commission. A referral from a GP will assist the claims process. Please bring your TAC Claim number for us to initiate the treatment.
If you do not provide the above information, you will be required to pay for your treatment at private rates.
Pilates
Due to the popularity of clinical Pilates Class, if you fail to attend a booked class you will be charged a no-show fee of $20.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of a session, failing to give adequate time will also result in a $20 late cancellation fee.
Concession
Concessions are available for Pension and Health Care Card holders. Please inquire at the time of booking.
